Community Resources

Explore & Connect – Autism, ADHD & Community Support

A curated directory of trusted Australian organisations and resources across eight key areas of neurodivergent and disability support.

At Unique Nous, we recognise that individuals, families and carers may wish to explore additional information, connect with advocacy organisations, or find services beyond those provided by our practice. Having access to reliable information and relevant community organisations can be valuable when navigating neurodivergence, learning differences, communication needs, disability, mental health and the effects of trauma.

We have brought together the following selection of external organisations, educational resources, helplines and community programs to make it easier to find information that may be relevant to you or someone you care for. The list includes Australian organisations offering information, practical guidance, advocacy, social connection and assistance with navigating services and systems.

These resources are provided as a starting point for your own exploration. We encourage you to contact organisations directly to confirm their current services, eligibility requirements, availability and fees, where applicable.

Please note: All organisations and services listed on this page are independent of Unique Nous. Their inclusion is intended to provide information and does not constitute a referral, formal partnership or endorsement. Unique Nous does not operate, manage or take responsibility for the services or information provided by these organisations.

This page is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000 in Australia. For urgent mental health or crisis assistance, contact an appropriate crisis service directly.
